protect your magic

this is sacred space

An exploration of divinity within the mundane. An altar. An ode to life as sanctuary.

Think: wellness, wholeness, mindfulness, magic, joy

Some of the mediums we might consider here include:

* meditation * sensuality * cooking * crystals * art * intention-setting * yoga practices * the aesthetically pleasing * alternative medicine * creativity * energy work *

The Seeker

I am kc (yogi, sage, light whisperer).

My story is a long and winding one. Through hardship and, ultimately, the development of chronic illness, I reached a place where my body was communicating that I needed something more.

In response to this calling, I started my yoga practice fourteen years ago, which eventually led me to get my RYT-200 yoga certification in 2014*. Since then, my practice has centered on Ashtanga, Power, Yin, and Kundalini. Yoga opened the doors to other interests, like meditation, qi gong, visualization, and energy work. Through these practices, I have come to understand that we are all our own temple [and healing is a process of remembering, restoring what once was].

The concept of creating sacred space came to me a few years ago, upon discovering my yoni egg practice. In the ongoing practice of learning to honor the sacred feminine within me, I have come to understand that I ought to treat my life as sanctuary. This means many things, and the path is never linear. Perhaps it is intuitive eating (by infusing with intention, pleasure, fulfillment, nourishment, and enjoyment), Perhaps visualization. Perhaps inviting creativity or celebrating the creations of others. There is an inner knowing on the journey within you and to you.

And so, I have created for us a space to explore the microcosms within the macrocosms (and vice versa). Let’s believe in infinite possibility.

Thank you for taking the time to explore in reverence with me.

“You do not have to be good. you do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting. you only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.”

*Currently, I am pursuing my 300-hour yoga teacher certification while I navigate breast cancer treatment.
